ASB is seeking an experienced and driven PA to support three of our General Managers within the Risk Division.
About the Role:
This role will offer personal growth and career development opportunities and will set yourself up for progression into management level roles should that be of interest. You will act as key liaison person for internal and external clients on behalf of the General Managers and provide administrative services such as coordinating and completing material for presentations, record management, general filing and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities: Help drive team engagement and coordinate team meetings, activities, and events.Perform secretarial duties including minute taking at team meetings and follow up on actions.Assist with enquiries and requests from customers and provide and/or source relevant bank-related information as appropriate.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Demonstrate superior organisation and time management skills.Exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, and strong spelling and grammar skills.Show PC literacy with proven skills in standard MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Possess strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to relate to others at all levels.Exhibit exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB In return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
