We are now searching for a new Personal Assistant/Regional Administrator to join our Midland Region team full-time, based in our Tauranga Regional Office. Our current PA is embarking on a new journey abroad, leaving an opportunity for a talented individual to step in and make a meaningful impact.About the role:In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Midland senior leadership team, with building professional relationships at the heart of everything you do. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting leaders and ensuring smooth operations to join our team.Your responsibilities will include:Organise regional meetings and events, managing travel, accommodation, and venue arrangements.Oversee Professional Learning and Development (PLD) activities across roles, including Area and Centre Managers.Coordinate calendars for Senior Leaders, ensuring schedules run smoothly.Assist with monthly operational reporting for the Regional Manager.Track capital expenditure budget spreadsheets accurately.Maintain up-to-date records of centre allocations and communicate changes promptly.Engage in various project work and personal assistant duties to support Regional Management.Recognise and celebrate achievements across the region, helping to foster a positive work culture.Actively promote health & safety awareness and adhere to health & safety regulations.About You:You will fill your day with people.
