If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Position Overview:Tremains Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Assistant to support a top preforming agent in our vibrant Katikati office. This full-time role requires an individual who can handle a dynamic, high pressure and fast-paced work environment, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to a high performing agent.Manage appointments, client correspondence and communication.Process property listings, marketing and contracts.Coordinate and schedule open homes.Prepare documentation and presentations for meetings.Maintain and manage database.Perform general office duties as required.Prepare and process contracts.What we are looking for:Past expertise: Pervious experience in a similar role within the real estate industry advantageous.Accuracy and attention to detail:This role needs a meticulous approach to ensure every task is completed accurately and to the highest standard.Outstanding time management:Juggle multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines,and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Computer proficiency:Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn a new real estate software quickly.Self-Motivation and independence:We need someone who takes initiative, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently delivers accurate results.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work with a leading real estate professional in a supportive and dynamic team.Continuous professional development and training opportunities.A vibrant and energetic work environment.How to Apply:If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in the real estate industry and a passion for providing outstanding support, we would love to hear from you!
