We are looking for an adaptive, collaborative and high energy Personal Assistant to support three General Managers within our people team.Key Responsibilities:Managing three busy diaries including internal and external meetings and conflicts.Help prioritise emails and other communications.Support with expenses, accounts payable, payroll/employee records, risk, health and safety and other internal processing and records management ensuring as key contact for the GMs that policy and practices are adhered to.Minute-taking and general support for meetings.Organise team and other events and bookings.Produce presentations, reports, and drafting communications.Undertake general administrative tasks with a high level of detail.Health, Safety and Wellbeing champion.Confident, professional and warm communication style - both written and verbal.A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Initiative, proactivity, and ownership over your role.Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.A high degree of integrity and confidentiality.Senior leadership support experience in a large organisation.Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASBIn return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
