For 60 years, Jasmax has been at the forefront of bicultural and sustainable design in the Pacific. Jasmax, Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington has recently designed BNZ Place, National Fale Malae, 61 Molesworth Street, and contributed to many sizeable projects. We work collaboratively and creatively to combine practical needs with innovative thinking to provide design solutions that exceed expectations and enrich and connect communities. About the role This important role ensures the studio runs smoothly by providing efficient and proactive customer service and administration support. The Wellington Studio is a hub of creativity and inspiration where the team works collaboratively to produce outstanding work. This role supports them in making this happen. Key responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients to the studio Manage and maintain front of house Organise and coordinate events, conferences, meetings, presentations and catering requirements Provide PA support to the Studio Leads and Principals Provide marketing support including presentations, bid submissions, and Jasmax-run events Facilities and procurement management What you will bring You'll bring a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude, along with a genuine interest in design. PA or team support experience within a creative, or design industry will be beneficial. Advanced MS Office and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is required. You'll also have great problem-solving skills and someone who can anticipate issues. Your excellent organisational and coordination skills will be utilised day to day. You have a natural flair for making things happen.
