Start Up Company is looking to hire a PA Admin Assistant for a variety of admin and PA work. We provide an innovative environment where our team can thrive.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our NZ based Executives in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you graduated from a college in Auckland or Internationally and having at least 3 years' office or business work experience.Key Responsibilities: Manage the executive's calendar scheduling meetings and appointments. Prepare and organize documents for meetings including agendas and reports. Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls with professionalism and discretion. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials. Conduct research and compile information as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy. Support with special projects as assigned.Qualifications: Proven experience in Office work in a similar role. or as a Personal Assistant. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Chinese is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
