The Role Provide PA support to two senior managers who have been with the firm for many years and administrative support to their small team.
The job content will include:
Workflow management, ensuring consistency & timelinessDiary, travel and expense managementManage effective delivery of administration processesMonitor incoming work & projects for the teamGeneral coordination of work, events & meetingsClient relationship management, communicate with clients on project statusSystems management and documentation coordinationFocus on innovative & process improvement to allow your team maximum successYour personality We are keen to hear from you if you are a natural organiser, resilient, solutions focused, and enjoy being hands-on with administrative support functions.
It is important that you are self-motivated, show initiative, have outstanding organisational and communication skills, and enjoy working in a positive environment alongside a team.
