Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Senior Leaders. The successful candidate will provide seamless support, become the go-to person, and have the ability to multi-task and make things happen.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, inbox, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the Team
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Attend meetings and take minutes as required
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
