Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years of relevant working experience or NZ Diploma in Business qualification equivalentReliable and able to work under pressureDuties and Responsibilities:Work Diary – Appointments and Travel Arrangement:Make appointments for the directorArrange the appointment time and location between the director and the clientArrange ticketing and accommodation booking for domestic/international travelingMake phone calls for the director, arrange phone calls through WeChat, Skype, and multi-party phone meetingsFilter potential client enquiries before passing them to the directorTake Dictation and Reply Letters:Record minutes, take dictation, and arrange meeting bookings and facilitiesArrange translation for business detailsProcess Mails and Maintain Records:Research, prepare, and format emails, letters, and reportsDraft emails for the director and get approval before sendingSave all emails into our server for record-keepingAttend Meetings and Act Accordingly:Arrange staff meetings with agendasSchedule training meetings for new regulations in the industry; prepare all necessary samples and documentsAttend events on behalf of the business when the director is unavailableMaintain the website for the directorResearch and Prepare Reports:Prepare marketing appraisals for the businessPrepare marketing text and organize promotions with photos, signs, and mediaConduct market research for the businessOther Duties as RequiredLocation: AucklandTerm: Permanent full-time positionWage: $31.61 per hourHours of Work: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV to ****** for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
