Naira Ventures Ltd. is a well-known company, and we are looking for a qualified Personal Assistant to assist in the daily operations. This is a full-time permanent position where you will need to exhibit out-of-the-box thinking and have the ability to work without supervision.

To be considered for this position, you should ideally have three years of relevant work experience or relevant education.

You will be expected to perform the following job duties:

Communicating with different stakeholders

Maintaining diary entries

Answering and making phone calls

Assisting with business operations

Scheduling meetings and conferences

Key attributes:

The desire to grow your knowledge and skills in the management field.

A strong business-oriented focus

The ability to adapt, be flexible, and learn quickly

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to work independently without any supervision

Ability to use a computer and basic programs like Microsoft Word and Excel is also beneficial.

Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining records.

Applicants must be able to:

Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as the role requires

Work well in a team

Perform well in a busy environment.
