Naira ventures Ltd. is a well known comapny, we are looking for a qualified Personal Assistant for the Director of our company. This is a full-time permanent position and you will be required to assist our company Director to ensure that company's operating smoothly.  To be considered for this position you should have excellent communication skills(both written and spoken)and be able to work independently to achieve goals.  You will be expected to perform tasks such as communicating with staff regarding the operations of the business, assisting the Direcctor by overseeing, being the first person of contact on behalf of the Director, maintaining the Director's appoinment dairies.   You will be also preparing company documents and reports, attending meetings, taking notes and ensuring that all the companies documents are well arranged and stored.  Key attributes: The desire to grow your knowledge skills in the management field.  A strong business oriented focus The ability to adapt, be flexible and learn quickly  Exellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work independently without any supervision  Ability to use a computer and basic programs like Microsoft word and excel is also beneficial.  Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filling correpondence and maintaing records.   Applicant must be able to do: Flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires, Ability to work well in team  Abikity to perform well in a busy environment.
