Naira ventures Ltd. is a well known comapny, we are looking for a qualified Personal Assistant to asist in the daily operations.  This is a full-time permanent position and a role where you will need to exhibit out of the box thinking and have the ability to work without supervision. 
To be considered for this position you should ideally have three years of relevant work experience or relevant education. 
You will be expected to perform the following job duties:

Communicating with different stakeholders
Maintaining Diary entries
Answering and making phone calls
Assisting with buisness operations
Scheduling meetings and conference

Key attributes:

The desire to grow your knowledge skills in the management field. 
A strong business oriented focus
The ability to adapt, be flexible and learn quickly 
Exellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work independently without any supervision 
Ability to use a computer and basic programs like Microsoft word and excel is also beneficial. 
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filling correpondence and maintaing records.

 
Applicant must be able to do:

Flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires,
Ability to work well in team 
Abikity to perform well in a busy environment.
