We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Permit Issuer to join our client's manufacturing team on a long-term temporary assignment, starting March 2025. Based in Hawera, this role is crucial to ensuring safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Issue permits to work for various site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Maintain accurate records of all issued permits.Collaborate with contractors and on-site personnel to verify permit requirements.Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to permit specifications.Assist in the review of risk assessments and safety documentation.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as needed.7am - 5pm.Requirements:Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Hold or have held a Permit Issuer certificate.Benefits of Joining OneStaff:Weekly pay.Permanent opportunities available.PPE provided at no cost.Support from a OneStaff client manager to meet your employment needs.If this sounds like you, apply online today!
