Performing Arts & Photography Skills Coach Bishop Auckland College has an exciting opportunity to join our creative industries department as a Skills Coach, responsible for the effective skills development of students in their chosen vocational subjects. The role will include working within practice rooms, studios, and classrooms to support students in their research and writing, perfecting skills, and ensuring they work to task as directed by their vocational tutor. About the role: The successful candidate will be required to possess a minimum Level 2 in a relevant subject within Creative Industries and have knowledge and experience in the specialist area. It is essential for the candidate to possess a Safeguarding Level 1 or be willing to work towards it, a Level 2 in Literacy or be willing to work towards it, and a Level 2 in Numeracy or be willing to work towards it. It would be desirable for the candidate to hold a Level 2 in Equality & Diversity and some form of teaching qualification or be willing to work towards it.
