The Role Performance specialist will support our key partners to grow their presence, market share and revenue through Google Ads.
Inputting into the strategy and planning, execution, optimisations on Google Ads and supporting with other paid social?advertising across other platforms.
You'll be a junior ready to step up or recently made the step to intermediate.
This role is based in our dog-friendly office in Te Aro (though most of us work from home once a week or so).
The role will be full time, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

About you 1-2 years of running Google Ads, you're familiar with PPC toolsAbility to write ad copyBroad understanding of digital channels Qualified with Google Ads and Google Analytics Courses Familiar with technical tools such as data studios, Google Analytics, tag manager, and GMB understand how they work and be able to use them with minimal assistance.How they work, and how to monitor, optimise and manage campaigns.
Proven-track record of increasing revenue and conversions.
What you'd do Input into the performance media strategies to help clients achieve their KPIs (awareness, conversions, leads) – including testing strategies, audience planning and budget recommendations.
Proactively monitor and improve campaign performance (based on KPIs) for your clients.
Weekly optimisationsImprove ads to generate a better quality score, CTR, conversion rateKeep Paid Media Lead (PML) up to date with accounts and look for opportunities to improve them.
Manage your accounts with coaching from the Paid Media Lead on the larger accounts to learn more advanced strategies and tactics.
Set up new campaigns, and ad sets, perform pre and post-checklists.
Research and create new audiences.Create new conversions/goals.Setting up goals, and custom conversion actions.Learn other social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Linkedin) platforms and targeting by supporting the PML on key clients.
Analyse campaign performance to understand what is working and what's not, share learnings from tests, find new opportunities to grow, and present insight-led results.
Meet with the client to discuss reports and develop an action plan to implement recommendations.
