About the Role: As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll join a small, agile team with a fun and supportive culture. You'll take ownership of our digital channels, both organic and paid, to execute multi-touchpoint initiatives that generate sales and achieve key business goals. This senior position within the marketing team requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including campaigns and website optimizationManage and optimize paid campaigns across various platformsAnalyse campaign performance and use data to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectivesStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketingLead and mentor a team of two, fostering their growth and developmentThe successful candidate will have: 5+ years of experience in a digital performance marketing roleProven track record in performance marketing for a high-growth businessStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingExpertise in campaign optimization and A/B testingProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsAbility to balance strategic thinking with tactical executionSelf-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skillsWhy Join Entrada Travel Group?
