Lead by example with innovative ads execution.Required skills5+ years managing paid digital campaigns (ideally agency based).Leadership/mentoring experience and ability to upskill a team.Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Datastudio & Google Analytics.A strong understanding of digital advertising strategy.Able to analyze and interpret data effectively.Ability to take initiative, plan work across a team and meet deadlines in an agile work environment.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.A creative problem solver, not afraid to dive deep and ask why.This role can be adjusted to suit the right person and their interests with exposure and growth opportunities.
