About You You're an HRIS champion with a flair for Workday and a solid background in the HR world.
Key Requirements: Experience with Workday: You've got experience using and implementing Workday or similar HRIS systems. If you're Workday certified, that's a bonus.HR Know-How: You know your way around HR functional areas like position management, compensation, and recruitment.Analytical Skills: Numbers and data don't scare you; you have a knack for digging into complex HR data and turning it into insights.Advanced Excel: Your Excel skills are top-notch. You can whip up pivot tables, craft complex formulas, and create stunning data visuals.Data Management: You're familiar with business intelligence tools and data management. You know how to play with data from various sources.Training and Support: You enjoy helping others learn and thrive.
