As the People & Performance and Payroll Coordinator you will be part of the P&P Operations team and the primary support for the Mountains.
In addition to actioning the end-to-end payroll function including updating and maintaining employee files, you will be preparing the required paperwork and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes.
The successful candidate will be ensuring that payroll and P&P objectives are met, focusing on removing complexity, adding value and enhancing our employee culture.
A love of the mountains - skiing/snowboarding and biking are hobbies you enjoy and want to share with our guests and people, enhancing the fun and magic of our two mountains in both summer and winter.
Your friendly approach, excellent communication skills and your confidence in dealing with people will see you excel in this role.
This role requires you to be based predominantly at Cardrona during the summer and winter operational seasons, with travel to Treble Cone weekly and to Queenstown for fortnightly payroll consolidation.
We are looking for someone with: At least 3 years' experience working in HR or similar role, including at least one year working in Payroll, preferably in a skifield environment An understanding of NZ Employment Law & Holidays Act Relevant qualifications in HR or payroll (preferred) Systems knowledge (Experience with Pay Global and Ento would be beneficial) A keen eye for detail and great time management skills What do you get out of this?
