The People and Culture business unit is seeking a Coordinator to work within the newly established People Partnering team. We're looking for an organisational super-star, someone keen for variety and seeking an opportunity to learn and grow. Previous People and Culture / HR experience is not required; we welcome applications from those looking to start their career within People and Culture.
About the position
The role will provide support across a variety of people partnering and talent acquisition activities. You'll be a linchpin for the team; supporting our advisory focussed service line as the team works with stakeholders across the organisation to find and select the best talent and ensure an inclusive and motivational workplace. You will work across all functions of the team and all elements of the employee lifecycle. This will include, but not be limited to, supporting the implementation of core people and culture cyclical processes, talent sourcing and selection and onboarding new employees.
About you The person we're looking for will have:
Sound verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines.  Strong awareness of, and commitment to preserving, confidentiality, exercising the utmost discretion and professional maturity at all times.  Collegial, constructive approach, including the ability to foster both internal and external relationships.  Confidence to share new ideas and look for opportunities for improvement opportunities in Guardians' processes and themselves.
