Our People Team is responsible for powering the trajectory of our business and the wellbeing of our people – through the design and delivery of a seamless and enriching Team Member experience.What you'll doAs a trusted People Partner for our Palmerston North Distribution Centre, you will be responsible for enabling our leadership teams to deliver best in class team experiences, leveraging group people initiatives.Coaching and building capability of leaders within the Distribution CentreProviding effective HR operational advice and support across our team member lifecycleFacilitating learning & development programs to help build leadership capability, and culture with the team.Working in agile as part of the Group People Team, participating and delivering on key work streamsDeveloping credibility with leaders to allow for coaching and delivering feedbackEngaging in effective stakeholder management to deliver outcomes for the business unit aligned to people strategyWhat you'll bringYou will have relevant industry experience ideally within a blue collar industry, with experience working across a diverse employee demographic. You will have sound legislation knowledge, the ability to build strong relationships, and a can-do attitude.
