As part of the People and Culture team, you will work in a small but dynamic team providing support, guidance and HR business partnership to our leaders.You will have access to various Centres of Excellence to drive and deliver great people outcomes and solutions for your stakeholder groups.You will be the face of the People team to your customers, providing strategic guidance in ER/IR, talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategic workforce planning.What's involved.Partner our leaders on everything people related to achieve their business strategyBuild leadership competency and capability through coachingExecute Strategic talent managementLead cyclical employee life cycle activitiesCoach, guide and manage employee relations issues in your areaChampion our diversity and inclusion strategy and cultureProvide guidance and ensure compliance with relevant legislative, policy and process requirementsWho we're looking for.You will have a background in HR, with a good understanding around employee relations and experience with the talent lifecycle stages and process.
