About the role. We are currently looking for a People & Culture Partner to join our NZ team. As part of the People and Culture team, you will work in a small but dynamic team providing support, guidance and HR business partnership to our leaders.
You will have access to various Centres of Excellence to drive and deliver great people outcomes and solutions for your stakeholder groups.
You will be the face of the People team to your customers, providing strategic guidance in ER/IR, talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategic workforce planning.

You will have a background in HR, with a good understanding around employee relations and experience with the talent lifecycle stages and process. You'll have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and empower leaders across the business, effectively manage employee performance and mitigate risk.
You'll also have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience; being able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and litigious environment, with the overall aim of promoting a positive workplace culture.
You'll need: Tertiary qualification in Law, HR, Business, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or a related disciplineProven experience working in a HR business partner or equivalent role, ideally within a multi-site organisationSound knowledge of employee relations legislationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA track record of taking initiative and achieving pragmatic outcomesA current Drivers Licence requiredWe're here to support you.
