On a macro level management of HR systems; organisation analysis & design; payroll, recruitment; people engagement; remuneration; talent management payroll, and onboarding all fall under your watch. You will need to influence at the top level and roll up your sleeves delivering to the operational requirements alongside your team.You have proven success as a strong HR leader and manager with solid ER and remuneration framework experience. Having experience in a medium-sized, private organisation is essential and you'll easily draw on examples of initiating significant system and process improvements, team mentoring, and navigating politics in this business.
