This is the perfect pathway role for someone with their sights set on becoming an HR Advisor.Key duties and responsibilitiesTaking ownership of the day-to-day coordination of HR functions including training and development initiativesCreating relevant documentation ensuring they are kept up to date and accessibleDrafting HR related notices and letters, SOPs and manuals, documents and templatesCoordinating drug and alcohol testing and the follow-up processesBeing the HRIS champion ensuring employee records are confidential, accurate and up to dateResponsible for the administration, compliance and logistics for our RSE workersAssist with data collection and report formattingProvide administrative support for the wider P&C teamWhat you'll bringQualification in Human Resources preferredIdeally 2 + years of experience in an HR/People & Culture Admin or Coordinator role, however recent graduates consideredExperience in Horticulture and the RSE scheme would be an advantageHigh-level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to organise and prioritise, work independently, and deliver to tight deadlinesExcellent written language and reporting capabilityStrong computer skills including MS suite, with experience in HRIS systems preferredDemonstrate great interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with people across all levels of the organisationExperience in recruitment processes beneficialThe ability to follow established systems and processes, and to identify, suggest and implement process improvementsTo be considered, you must already reside in, and have a legal right to work in, NZIf this sounds like the role for you then please apply today!
