Our People & Culture team is on the hunt for a Co-ordinator to join our People Operations team, as we continue to enhance our people experience and culture. 
As our People & Culture Co-ordinator you will need to be organised with a pro-active approach towards getting stuff done. You'll keep our people related administration and processes on track and be the first point of contact for people from all areas of the business. 
Being tech savvy is key, as we look to move our people processes towards more digital solutions.
The types of things you will be involved in are general people administration, supporting recruitment experiences for new and existing employees, creating offer letters and employment agreements, onboarding packs, queries from across the business, health and safety and an array of other people related functions including our regular people reporting. 
What you'll need to be successful Strong organisational ability, loads of initiative and the ability to juggle different priorities; Pro-active, positive approach with a can do attitude; Great eye for detail (this is essential!) and love getting into the nitty gritty of data for our regular reporting; An engaging communicator who possesses a customer focused mind set to deliver excellent customer service for our people at all levels. A recent graduate or someone with 1 -2 years' experience in an administration or co-ordinator role We have a small but mighty People & Culture team. You will need to be able jump into things at all levels and across all domains of Human Resources. Being a small team, you'll be able to grow your skills and have great support around you to do so.
