You will be tasked with providing comprehensive services and advice on all aspects of Human Resources, from employment relations and immigration to rewards and recognition.In this sole charge role, you will report directly to the Managing Director of both West End Hospitality Group and Strategy Collective and play a crucial role in the Senior Leadership Team.Your expertise will be key in setting the strategic direction for our organisation, ensuring that the company remains compliant with all legal requirements, while also fostering an environment that encourages growth and development.
