About the Role: As Genesis navigates through business transformation, clarity of data and insights will be critical to the deliver on our new Gen35 strategy, and this role will have an important part to play from a people systems and analytics perspective. You'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining the HR information systems, ensuring data quality and integrity, and will support P&C and the broader business by providing data driven people insights and trends.
Accountabilities: Administer, and troubleshoot the HR information systems, including recruitment, performance management, learning management, and employee engagement platforms.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to enable leaders to effectively manage their people and to monitor and evaluate HR processes and outcomes.Facilitate the onboarding of new employees and trouble shoot onboarding process.Support the delivery of core P&C reporting requirements, such as reporting on performance data, DE&I reporting.Provide training and support to P&C and business users on system functionality and data analysis.About You: Your background and experience with data and reporting within a systems focussed role, means you'll be technically minded, analytically savvy and have a strength in conceptual thinking. Your proactive and customer focussed approach along with your passion for solving problems will set you up well for this role. Some experience with people systems and data would be advantageous, but not essential.
