About Us:
We are TIMG, The Information Management Group, a leader in New Zealand's information management industry. With over 40 years of experience, we provide innovative solutions for secure records management and digital services. As part of the Freightways group, we combine a growth-focused independent business spirit with the strength and support of a larger family. Our commitment to security, privacy, and customer satisfaction underpins everything we do.
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of something more than just filling a seat. At TIMG, we're growing and evolving, not just replacing resources, and this is your opportunity to directly impact our future-focused direction.
As a People and Culture Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that shape the growth of our teams and business. You'll be hands-on in implementing strategies that foster a positive, productive workplace while supporting managers in recruitment, employee engagement, and learning and development.
This is not a "business as usual" role—you'll be actively involved in rolling out new people experience initiatives, adapting processes, and continuously improving how we operate. You'll make decisions that matter, backed by data and analytics, as you help us stay results-driven and action-oriented. With the support of a strong leadership team, your work will directly contribute to creating an engaging, high-performance culture where our people and business can thrive.

Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Supportive team culture with a focus on your success.
