Here's what you'll get involved inReporting to an experienced P&C Manager and with the support of a P&C Coordinator, you'll get stuck into all things advisory. This will include a significant focus on coaching managers through a wide range of employment relations issues including complex cases, helping to build their people management skills and reach good business outcomes. You'll also get involved in a range of HR projects and initiatives, including in the learning and development space. This is a permanent, full time role and based on site in Penrose 5 days per week.
Skills and experience you'll bringYou love to roll up your sleeves and muck in! This is an up front and direct environment, so you'll need to be resilient and bring a positive attitude. Your HR experience to date includes end to end case management of low level disciplinary and performance issues, and you're keen to learn and further grow your ER skill set. Ideally, you've worked in a large, multi-site business in the past, so are used to working at pace and balancing the expectations of multiple stakeholders. Known for your high level of customer service, you bring a practical, solutions focused approach.
Minimum RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you'll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
