About your new role: Do you thrive on challenges and want to make a real impact? This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about developing people and driving positive change. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, there are two parts to the role. Your primary focus will be in managing Learning and Development across the business, being a key contributor to the overall L&D strategy and the implementation of a Learning Management System. The second part of the role is providing generalist P&C support across the full employee cycle to provide high-quality HR Services, coaching and guidance that supports the business strategic objectives. With a mix of specialist systems support, a focus on data and being connected to the business through people advisory, this role is varied and impactful.
The People and Culture team is small, and we work seamlessly together to deliver an excellent people experience. You will have a human-centred approach and be passionate about what you do. You will have the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that support decision making and understand the needs of the business from a people perspective.
Objectives Providing P&C generalist advice, coaching and support, to people leaders across the business on the full range of people-related matters to ensure their own personal effectiveness and enable them to deliver best people leadership to their teams Manage learning and development initiatives and systems across the business Be the SME for P&C policies, procedures, and HRIS system and oversee continuous improvement in these areas Maintain P&C policies, procedures, and people-related data; providing insights from analysis and improvement recommendations Champion and manage our engagement survey to refine our EVP and employee experience, consistently creating ways to add value and improve delivery of initiatives for our people Provide pragmatic advice, guidance and coaching to support people leaders on performance management and employee relations matters Recommend initiatives and lead the development to support systems, process improvements and efficiencies Be the change management champion and ensure successful adoption of change management practices Ensure development of functional people plans and that they are integrated with the wider people strategy, policies, and priorities If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we want to hear from you.
