About the role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to take on an interesting and varied 12 month maternity leave contract. The role, which reports to the VP, Talent & Culture is responsible for supporting the team at Invenco in an advisory capacity, providing insight across a range of areas from employee documentation to induction, employee relations, reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

· Employee experience, Engagement & Culture
· Talent management & succession planning
· Learning & Development
· Employee relations and Performance Management
· Reporting & Analytics
About you
Ideally, you'll have 3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to a global company environment and international teams. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as love to work in a team.
Skills Required:
· A tertiary qualification in human resources
· Experience in an HR generalist role and ideally working in an international environment
· Good understanding of NZ employment and immigration law
· A positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
· Strong problem solving skills
· An understanding of data and how to present it in an easy to understand form
· Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge, with Excel at an intermediate level.
