This will be a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential scope to extend to permanent, given the level of project work and opportunities available.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the design and implementation of change processesBuild effective relationships across the business with its diverse work teams of employeesBe a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholder groupsChange Management and delivery of HR initiatives and projectsWhat We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience with a focus on IR/ER, Change Management experience, be detail oriented as well as being able to be big picture when required, a proven track record and highly effective interpersonal skills. This is a varied role which will suit a pragmatic yet savvy person who builds and maintains relationships and who is a team player with the capacity to work autonomously and create a plan to achieve objectives.
