About the role
You will be responsible for:
Delivering an exceptional end-to-end employee experience, designing, and implementing people-focused systems and processes.
Coaching people leaders and being a culture champion.
Advising on employment relations/law and managing a range of employment relations situations.
This role is ideally based in Christchurch; however, we are open to consider candidates from Wellington. Travel between offices will be required on a regular basis. This role reports to our Head of People & Capability located in Christchurch.
About you
You will have the energy and drive to deliver end-to-end people services, and to easily connect with people across the business – both in person and online – build trust quickly and have the confidence to make things happen.
You will have:
Qualifications in human resource management, organisational psychology or a Masters in Business Administration, or related discipline - advantageous.
5+ years' experience in an HR generalist role.
In-depth knowledge and experience of employment relations.
An ability to provide advice and coaching to leaders across the organisation.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
A demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
An ability to adapt and respond to change.
