Leading Change Management Engaged and Motivated Team Diverse Working Environment The Organisation This is a well-established and resourced Christchurch based organisation that is an industry leader who continues to expand through a strong commitment to longer term growth strategies, looking forward to an exciting 2025.
There is now a new opportunity for an experienced People & Capability Practitioner to join a diverse environment and engaged workforce, providing Change Leadership and Management expertise.
This will be a 12month fixed-term contract with the potential scope to extend to permanent, given the level of project work and opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the design and implementation of change processes Build effective relationships across the business with its diverse work teams of employees Be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholder groups Change Management and delivery of HR initiatives and projects What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience with a focus on IR/ ER, Change Management experience, details oriented as well as being to be big picture when required, a proven track record and highly effective interpersonal skills.
This is a varied role which will suit a pragmatic yet savvy person who builds and maintains relationships and who is a team player with the capacity to work autonomously and create a plan to achieve objectives.
A key part of the role will be managing effective relationships with a range of different stakeholders and so somebody with a good level of operational nous and understanding who realises that People & Capability is a part of the wider business, along with the all-important people engagement skills, will be ideal.
