People and Culture Manager/Senior AdvisorThe People and Culture Manager/Senior Advisor reports to the group CEO and works closely with our people leaders across both n3 and n3 Hub. In this role, you will manage the full breadth of the People & Culture function – from recruitment through to off-boarding, to leadership development, whilst also embedding a variety of projects and initiatives. You will provide guidance to our people leaders to ensure there is consistency in the employee experience for our 50 staff across New Zealand and Australia. This is a stand-alone role, so you need to be energetic, passionate, happy to be involved with all aspects of the function, with the ability to make decisions and work independently. We are looking for the successful applicant to start around early – mid February 2025. You need to be living in New Zealand to be considered for this role. This role is part-time hours (30-32 hours per week). Our CDP brings together data silos from across an organisation into a single customer view that can be easily segmented and shared with a variety of marketing platforms to power relevant and timely customer experiences.Key responsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process (from advertisement to onboarding and induction).Coach our team leads and managers across the group to create a culture and team spirit that attracts, develops and retains great people.Oversee People and Culture initiatives such as cyclical performance reviews and ongoing development, culture surveys and analysis, employee relations matters and change processes, ensuring workforce operations are running smoothly.Manage internal communications and companywide events/strategy days.Ensure compliance with relevant legislative frameworks, policies and internally lead HR compliance with our security certifications (ISO and SOC 2).Revamping policies and ensuring the company is up to date with all legislative and employment law changes.Lead HR projects and procedures.To be successful in this position you will needStrong stakeholder management, with the ability to provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.Knowledge of NZ employment law and experience in employment relations.A self-starter who likes to lead all aspects of The People & Culture remit.Experience in the implementation of people policies, practices, and initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What it is like to work for n3 GroupBe part of a team focused on making a difference for our customers.Hybrid working flexibility.An inner city, dog-friendly office.Lifestyle Leave - access to an additional week of unpaid leave each year.Access to Trade and Boost card offers with our supplier group.
