Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Based at the National Support Office in West Auckland, this is an exciting and key Human Resources role working in a hugely diverse and loved organisation.The purpose of this role is to support the Head of People and Culture by providing guidance and advice to all stakeholders to ensure a fair and consistent approach to people and culture, promoting a positive culture, whilst minimising organisational risks.As an interim HR Contractor you will be working with an effective and passionate team. You will be involved in all operational aspects of the HR function, including Talent, Engagement, Capability, Employment Relations, Remuneration and Performance Reviews. There will be plenty of ER so this needs to be one of your super-powers!We are looking for an authentic HR Manager (could be HR Business Partner level or Senior Advisor) whose generalist skills span all aspects of human resources gained in a range of industries and organisations.
