People And Culture Business Partner

EIT is seeking a skilled and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team.
This key role will see you partnering with managers and leaders to provide high-quality service, expert advice, and support the success of our kaimahi and akonga.
You will deliver frameworks, policies, and standards that enhance people practices and contribute to a thriving, culturally responsive workforce.Key responsibilities include:Providing senior-level expertise in areas such as employment relations, remuneration, kaimahi experience (recruitment, welcome, retention, and farewell), performance, HRIS assistance, and reporting.Partnering with leaders to influence and contribute to excellence in people and culture practices across EIT, raising capability through coaching and mentoring.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders, managers, and kaimahi, delivering customer-centric, values-led support.Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, ensuring these are embedded in all aspects of people and culture delivery.Supporting change management processes, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risk.Delivering and implementing frameworks, policies, and standards that align with EIT's strategic goals.To be successful in this role, you will have:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in a senior role within people and culture, organisational development, or HR, within a medium-to-large organisation.Proven experience designing and implementing equity-focused approaches and embedding inclusion.Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering learning and development frameworks, policies, and standards from design through to implementation.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage with diverse audiences.Ability to champion change and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.Proficiency in HRIS applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and emerging technologies (AI, UX, etc.
