About the role: This role will be focused on overseeing the day to day HR function of the organisation, you'll be partnering with the managers and senior leadership teams to create efficent HR processes and procedures. Some of your main duties will include: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide effective solutions. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues related to workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through regular communication, feedback, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify training needs across the organization and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. About you: Our ideal candiate will have 4+ years experience in a senior HR advisor or managers role, with proven success as a HR Generalist. You'll need to have demonstrated experience in dealing with employee relations issues, proficiency in HR software and systems,strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Having excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be the key to your success in this role.
