We are seeking a highly motivated People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team at WellSouth Primary Health Network.

As our People and Culture Advisor you will:
Arrange conferences and learning events as requested.
Ensure new starters are provided with a coordinated induction process.
Work with all teams and key providers to gather regional workforce data. Analyse data and provide reporting to various committees.
Review and co-ordinate the internal workforce data and monitor the ongoing, long-term improvement of employee skills.
Provide general operational support and advice in the People and Culture space.
What we're looking for:
Tertiary level qualification in a learning and development related field or degree/post graduate diploma in Human Resources.
Three years' experience in related human resources or learning and development position.
Experience designing and developing learning and development programmes.
Knowledge of workforce development current and emerging issues.
Ability to deal with unexpected situations and crises while maintaining a professional manner.
