It will be evolving as we grow and develop the function.
We are not a corporate, so you need to be flexible and like getting amongst what needs to be done as we are all one team working towards the shared goal of Simply Better - Car Rental, People, Processes, Efficiencies, Teams, etc.
This is a fast-paced place to work and it is ever-evolving, so you need to be excited by this.
We are only a team of less than 100 but ever-growing, however, there is a lot of scope to spend time on various projects instead of getting bogged down in ER issues.We are located near the Auckland Airport; we do expect you to be onsite 3-4 days/week minimum and travel to other depots around the country may be required also.Please note I am on annual leave until Tuesday 14 January, so I won't be answering calls or responding to emails until my return.
