Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityAs Advisor, People & Culture within a small government agency you'll support HR functions, including employment relations, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and wellbeing initiatives. Reporting to the Principal People & Culture, you'll contribute to a strong workplace culture by providing critical HR advice and managing people initiatives in a supportive, collaborative environment.Mou | About YouWith solid generalist human resources experience, you're skilled in HR advisory, employment relations, and New Zealand employment law. You communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
