The company is at the fore front of its sector, providing a comprehensive range of services to both businesses and households.This role will be offered as a 12-month, fixed-term contract.The focus of this role is providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR matters. This includes performance management, policies and procedures, and employment relations. You will also support the Admin Team in transactional activities.This role is best suited to HR professionals with significant exposure to ER and related responsibilities, including end-to-end management of misconduct, performance and attendance plans.You possess a strong understanding of employment legislation, you display exceptional interpersonal skills, and you have developed a successful track record in forming strong and productive relationships at all levels within professional working environments.This role is based at the company's head office in the Viaduct area.
