Working closely with The Senior Leadership Team, the position will implement and develop an online learning system to contribute to the success, career development, and retention of a high-performance team.Develop and Implement T&D Program.Facilitate and Deliver T&D Sessions.Support and Roll-out Internal Policies and Procedures.Coordinating the Performance Review Process.Assist Managers with Employment Relations.Contribute to Individual and Business Strategies.Project Support Across Divisions.Assist with Internal Recruitment.About You:Your colleague's success alongside your own is a huge motivator for you.
