The role
We are looking for an experienced part-time (30 hours per week) People Analytics Partner to join our Avalon-based People and Safety teams. This role focuses on analysing our people data and interpreting it with meaningful insights and reporting for the organisation and stakeholders.
About you
As People Analytics Partner, you will have:
Proven track record in people data analytics and insights roles with strong numerical and analytical expertise.
Expertise in the successful design and delivery of people information and data integrity frameworks that meet business needs and support technology and systems.
Advanced Excel user, especially EIB and remuneration modelling.
Committed to data integrity and accuracy, with an understanding of data ethics and privacy.
Team player and problem-solver, able to explain the complex in meaningful ways.
Experienced in proactively working with other technical experts.
Experienced in Power BI and/or Workday or similar ERP would be an advantage.

The salary range for this position is between $103,680 to $115,200 depending on the successful candidate's experience.
