As a People Adviser you will work alongside our Strategic People Partners to provide a high level of support and advice on all aspects of people leadership including the management of all operational HR matters, including ER issues.

You will be responsible for building trust and credibility with people leaders in your assigned portfolios drawing on your knowledge of HR and employment legislation to help our people leaders grow and retain their people, develop their teams and make sound people related decisions.

You will also support the successful implementation of initiatives that are vital to us achieving our vision of being a Great Team, Best Central Bank.
You will be supported and expected to collaborate across the Talent & People Operations team and wider organisation to ensure that our strategies and initiatives for diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing and Te Ao Maori are seamlessly integrated into your advice and approach.

As an experienced People Adviser you will be confident in your well-rounded generalist HR expertise and keen to develop your professional skills and influence.
You'll have demonstrable experience working through employment relations matters, including supporting performance management processes.

In addition to this; You have proven experience in providing proactive and robust HR advice and support to people leaders.You know how to partner effectively and build relationships with senior stakeholders to create positive and engaging experiences.You thrive working within a fast paced team environment and collaborate with colleagues to get great outcomes.Nga painga - What we offer

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $91,954 to $99,613 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
