We have an exciting opportunity for a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to join our End to End Business Process Improvement (E2EBPI) tima (team). This is a tima of change delivery experts, working across the organisation to find ways to transform our colleagues' experience by delivering simplified improvements, so they can do the mahi (work) that matters.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this turanga will complete?
Work hands-on to design and develop, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, and design workshops.
Work with the delivery squads as needed to ensure workflows are to specification.
Support the Product Owner to develop roadmaps, project timelines, and solutions that meet project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Ensure that project documentation is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards.

Strong understanding of design patterns and component-based design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
What specific skills would be beneficial?
We're seeking a certified Pega Business Architect/ Lead Business Architect, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience with Pega systems and the implementation of case management / financial services modules. We're also seeking someone who has attained Infinity 23 certification.
