This opportunity would suit someone who has worked with medium to large payrolls, and provided end-to-end payroll processing and advice with primary responsibility to ensure all employees receive accurate and timely payroll services as well as Payroll Systems Administration. Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:Reporting the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Pay Compass Group NZ employees accurately in accordance with the company's employment agreement with the employee.Ensure the correct recording of Compass Group contractual and legal obligations to the employee.Provide Payroll advice and support to ensure all employees receive accurate and timely payroll services as well as Payroll Systems Administration.Work as part of an effective team to ensure an efficient and competent function of the Compass Group payroll service as a unit.Provide advice to the sector regarding payroll requirements regarding the growth of the sector.
