The Role
Provide payroll and accounts administration support, to assist the accounting team in the delivery of business advisory, accounting, and compliance services to their clients. Report to the Director of Client Services, processing a range of operational and financial duties to support the Client Services Team.
Responsibilities

Process weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll for clients
Process Anti-Money Laundering documents
Maintain the accounts receivable ledger
Trust account transactions processing
General administration duties

Skills and Experience

Payroll and accounts administration experience in a corporate environment
Working knowledge of the Holidays Act 2003
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Excel
Proficient with Smartly or Xero Payroll (would be an advantage)
Committed to delivering excellence, attention to detail in everything you do
Outstanding verbal and written communication
