Mo te tunga | About the roleAs part of the Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC), the Payroll team is responsible and accountable for delivering accurate and timely payroll functions for the NZDF. As the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for leadership, management and the daily operations of the Payroll teams. This includes three distinct payroll teams that process pay runs on alternating weeks for our military & civilian personnel onshore and overseas.You'll effectively manage the team resources and be responsible for meeting and setting customer service targets as well as planning areas for improvements or development, setting activity plans and reporting.This role is based in Trentham.
